This was not a small job — it involved installing two completely separate drainage systems to correct significant pooling and runoff issues on both sides of our home — and Ben handled it flawlessly. On the lake-facing side, the team installed a brand-new primary drainage system, tied in our neighbor Kyle’s existing drains, and ran durable PVC piping along his home for long-term reliability and optimal flow. They added three new drain boxes to improve surface water collection and even installed a secondary dedicated overflow line to protect our irrigation system from potential future damage. That level of foresight matters. On the opposite side of the house, they built a separate drainage system specifically to eliminate pooling and manage runoff effectively. Everything was carefully thought out and properly engineered — not just patched. The crew of four mobilized quickly, used professional equipment including a ditch trencher, hand-dug and widened trenches where needed to properly accommodate 4-inch pipe, and completed installation efficiently. Backfilling, grading, and soil prep were done with precision to ensure proper flow and leveling. The plan to restore the disturbed areas with fresh sod shows their commitment to finishing the job the right way. Ben leads from the front, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things correctly — not cutting corners.
